Spun sugar activations

Belly Glass Spun Sugar activations reimagines cotton candy as a multi-sensory, performative offering. Infused sugars infused with flavors such as mushroom, horseradish, celery and rose are spun into delicate clouds, activating taste as an entry point into sense memory. Each confection is finished with botanical and savory toppings—such as beetroot powder, marigold petals, bee pollen, or foraged nori and fermented chili paste powder—expanding the sensory range beyond sweetness.

Spun Sugar activations has been presented at the Djerassi Resident Artists Program, Bolinas Museum, 500 Capp Street and Berkeley Supper Club, and is designed to function within curated food and art contexts.
